Returning our Vixa plug-in device is simple and free

Free returns with Royal Mail:

Freepost TRAKM8

Pack our Vixa plug-in device (and cable, if you received one) in the original packaging or a padded envelope.
Write “Freepost TRAKM8” clearly on the front. No additional address needed – just make sure the writing is easy to read.
Drop it in a post box.

Good to know

Please return our plug-in device within 30 days of your subscription ending so we can recycle it.

Please make sure “Freepost TRAKM8” is easy to read.

Freepost is not a tracked service but if you’d like proof of postage, you can get it if you send your plug-in device from any Post Office.
