Changed your mind? It happens. But don't worry, returning your plug-in device is simple and free
Free returns with Royal Mail:
Freepost TRAKM8
- Pack your device (and any cables) in the original packaging or in a padded envelope
Write 'Freepost TRAKM8' clearly on the front. No additional address required, This will ensure the device is returned to the right place
Pop it in a post box and you're done.
Good to know
If you cancel your Vixa account you’ll need to return the plug-in device within 30 days, or you may be charged a fee of up to £25.
If using the original packaging, please write on a white sticker or label so that ‘Freepost TRAKM8’ is easy to read.
Freepost is not a tracked service, however you can send your plug-in device from any Post Office to obtain a receipt for your records.
